The following services are charged for a service call, plus the rate specified here:
Rekey: (changing the keys to your locks) $12 per cylinder
Rekeys on a Master system: $15 per cylinder
Labor:
Basic: $90/hr (billed by the ¼ hour)
Advanced: (Safes) $120/hr
Installs, repairs & adjustments:
Based on labor rates, billed by the ¼ hour
Fresh Installations (adding hardware to a door) are billed using basic labor rates, billed by the ¼ hour. Typically ½ hour labor for dead bolts & door knobs, and 1 hour labor for panic hardware.
Lock repair or door closer adjustments are billed using basic labor rates, billed by the ¼ hour. Typically ½ hour labor for either.
Prices are based on standard equipment.
